Grown between farms of roses, mamey, capomos or Maya nut trees, cocoa, limon, mangoes, pineapples, pine and oak trees.

Contains a mixture of coffee beans from 3 different regions of Jalisco, due to the abundant vegetation and the interaction of the coffee plantations and the pine forests and the coffee farms , the cup profile obtained is well blaanced with a predominant citric flavor.

The special roasting process that it recieves brings out the best of each region producing a classic cup with caramel and sweet notes with a medium instensity.
